Awards Ceremony

Following the round, we’ll be gathering outside on the deck at the clubhouse to deliberate and announce winners for the following:

Course Rules

  1. Be cool. Sno Falls isn’t exactly sanctioning this event.
  2. This is a stroke play event with awards for individual and team low scores.
  3. The maximum score per hole is double par.
  4. Two mulligans are allowed by each player during their round, but each must first be earned by shotgunning a beer or taking a shot of Fireball. Mulligans can only be used for tee shots.
  5. Each shot hit in the water = 1 shot to take.
  6. Each score under par = 1 shot to assign.
  7. For long drive holes, the ball must land in whatever looks most like the fairway. Use your best judgement and don’t be a dick.

Powerball Rules

Each player will be provided one “powerball”. During play, each player must select one "powerball eligible" hole to use this ball on. Choose wisely.

For this hole:

Hole Rules

  1. Wonderland

On the green, use only the provided croquet mallet.

  2. Frisbee Scramble

Choose one player to throw a frisbee a single time.

The location of where the frisbee stops is the new tee box. Play this hole as a scramble from there.

On the green, choose a different player to finish the hole for the team.

(The players who frisbee and putt on this hole can’t be selected later on Hole 11)

  3. The Flamingo

Stand on one leg during each shot.

  4. Spinner

Use the spinner prior to each shot to determine which club to use (until you reach the green).

  5. Scotch & Fireball 5th

Prior to teeing off, each player must enjoy a shot of Fireball.

Playing one golf ball as a team, each player takes a turn playing a stroke in ascending alphabetical order (A to Z), and repeating as needed for the duration of the hole.

It is up to the team whether the order is based on first or last name.

  6. Canadian Relay

Let’s throw the golf ball. Players must line up down the hole and, one by one, throw the ball to the next player: Player1 throws to Player2 who throws to Player3 who throws to Player4.

Catches must be made using only your hands.

The location of the last successful catch is the new tee box. Or if Player4 catches the last throw, that is the new tee box.

On the green, use the provided hockey stick.

  7. Shotgun 7-on-7

    Each player must:

    1. Shotgun a beer.
    2. Use only a 7-iron for all shots (including on the green).
  8. Wayne Driver

Each player must tee off with one of the provided drivers.

  9. Plain LD 💪 Long Drive Contest

To identify the longest drive of the day, a marker will be set up.

  10. Ol' Crimson KP 🎯 Closest to Pin

On the green, use only the provided putter.

  11. Soccer Scramble

Similar to Hole 2 (but the selected players must be different):

Choose one player to kick a soccer ball a single time.

The location of where the soccer ball stops is the new tee box. Play this hole as a scramble from there.

On the green, choose a different player to finish the hole for the team.

  12. Spinner

Use the spinner prior to each shot to determine which club to use (until you reach the green).

  13. All for One

Each player must tee off at the same time.

  14. Off the Deck

Each player must hit driver for two of their first three shots.

  15. 3rd & Long

Each player must throw their third shot.

  16. Bertha Scramble

Each player must tee off with the provided driver.

Choose which shot is best and all play their next shots from the location of the best shot for the duration of the hole.

  17. Plain KP 🎯 Closest to Pin

To identify the closest shot to the pin, a marker and measuring tape will be provided on the green.

  18. Dual Shaft LD 💪 Long Drive Contest

To identify the longest drive of the day, a marker will be set up.

On the green, pair up with your cart mate. When it is their turn to putt, you must assist them by using the provided putter to help finish the hole.

Individual scores still apply. You are only providing assistance on the green; your own strokes and score remain separate.
